Corporate Sustainability and Corporate Security teams are looking for a joint assistant to act as a personal assistant for VP Corporate Security and VP Corporate Sustainability and to manage the teams daily administration. Your work also includes management of the teams' respective Internet and Intra pages and interaction with external stakeholders. Both teams are global and their task are partly interlinked so we also expect you to be able to smoothly operate in an international environment. Independent coordination of projects and event management are also parts of your work.

We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in a similar administrative role in multinational companies. You are fluent in Finnish and English and are able to produce quality texts in both languages. German and/or Russian language skills is an asset. You can work independently, also under pressure, and you posses personal interest in Sustainability and Security. Office 365 tools are all mastered by you and you are keen on learning new. A Bachelor degree e.g. in business administration or communication is a minimum competence request.
