As a tax manager for mandatory disclosure requirements your task is to manage these new transparency and tax authority reporting related issues, i.e. mandatory disclosure process is the key. In this position you need to identify key persons crucial for MDR reporting, create a process of how to collect the information needed as well as assessing the information and finally reporting the arrangements to tax authorities on monthly basis. You need to co-operate with other tax functions to synchronize this reporting with standard tax proceedings to manage uncertainties and risks arising from the reporting. You will arrange trainings for key persons so that they will be capable of identifying the reportable non-routine or routine arrangements.
