We are seeking at least three Tax Compliance Assistants for full-time permanent positions to strengthen our corporate tax group in Helsinki.
We advise our clients on all areas of corporate tax, with our engagements varying from day-to-day advice to global long-term tax management of multinational groups. We also provide highly specialized services e.g. in the areas of transfer pricing (TP), tax accounting, EU tax law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), fund structuring and financial instruments. We work with a diverse range of clients from family owned companies and SMEs to listed companies and high-profile institutions. We succeed by helping our clients to succeed. We have different kind of roles to offer in our Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Transfer Pricing teams. In M&A; team you participate in due diligence process, whereas the Compliance team is more focused in corporate income tax returns and statutory financial statements. In Transfer Pricing team, you will focus on transfer pricing related compliance and documentation. Based on your interest and background you will continue to support one of the teams.
In all teams your duties will include assistance with corporate income tax returns, as well as other tax consulting matters. Moreover, you are part of our client teams assisting with internal coordination and contracting. You will also assist with data search, invoicing, proposals, background search, registrations and risk management related matters.
We appreciate proactive and service minded attitude and good teamwork skills. Moreover, numerical skills and attention to detail are a must to succeed in this role. You are fluent with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you learn new tools fast. We also hope that you have an interest in corporate taxation and/or Mergers & Acquisitions. We will train you fully on the working tasks.
