Our client AlphaSense is looking for a Talent and Culture Lead to their Helsinki office. Simply described your main role will be finding, attracting and recruiting tech talent from the global talent market to their cozy Helsinki office. They plan to grow by 25 new tech colleagues during this year (Java, Python, DevOps, UI/UX and QA).

In this role, you will be the first go-to person for any recruitment and Employer Branding matters in Finland. We dream that you are experienced in and passionate about Employment Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and Tech Recruitment. You naturally build candidate pipelines and use outside the box creative recruitment solutions to reach and pique the interest of the best talent.

We hope you to lead our candidates on a journey in the form of the recruitment process. During which they will experience our culture and get a realistic glimpse of how it is to work with us. In order to succeed you need to be uncompromising when it comes to outstanding candidate experience and believe in building a nurturing community that reaches every candidate, not only the hired ones.

You will get best ready to use processes and practices from your colleagues (Jenna and Ashley) in the US, that you will need to adapt to our local culture. You will also get the chance to influence and build processes and practices from scratch if you believe we lack some. You will get coaching support, independence as well as needed budget to help you reach the goals.

Our Helsinki office is in the city center and consists mainly of international talents. Our corporate language is English, due to that we expect you to fluently work in English. Finnish is a plus, but not mandatory.

Your role consists of but is not limited to the following

- Developing and leading employment branding
- Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes
- Adopting ATS (Greenhouse)
- Creating new ways to advertise jobs, develop creative sourcing strategies and build candidate communities that are excited about the company
- Encourage employees to be company ambassadors
- Create and execute cultural events


We expect from you

Knowledge of full-cycle tech recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding techniques
minimum 3-5 years of professional experience within the recruiting/HR role at an IT company
A sense of ownership in performance and its impact on the company’s success
Natural networker who is genuinely interested in getting to know people and comfortable in working with different personalities
