Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are now looking for

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

for Experis to join our client company's Nordic Talent Acquisition team. As part of the Nordic Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring the best talents in IT and technology.

In this role, you will:

• Identify and attract top talent through various channels.
• Have end-to-end recruitment responsibility in the Nordics.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with management to understand their needs and provide recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
• Have the opportunity to work with and develop recruitment through project-based groups globally.
• Participate in employer branding activities.

Who you are:

• Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Project Management, Psychology, or equivalent education.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with candidates (build pipeline).
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about finding the best talent.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a plus.

Our client company's office is located in Espoo, and they operate in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week in the office).

The employment is a 12-month contract via Experis / ManpowerGroup. Later, there is a possibility of receiving a permanent employment contract with the client company.
