Danfoss is looking for an energetic and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team supporting Northern European Region in recruitment activities. Our teams’ clear focus is on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business.
Position is located in Vaasa, Tampere, Helsinki or Lappeenranta Finland.
As the Talent Acquistion specialist in Nothern Europe Region, you will be responsible of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers & other stakeholders across North Europe Region. Additionally, you will be acting as advisor and process expert, but also have a key role as ambassador for the company and play an active part in promoting Danfoss as employer of choice. Most importantly, you passionately secure the best possible candidate experience.

Background & Skills
We expect you to have 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, and preferably also experienced in Employer Branding activities related to student community. A degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field is appreciated. You have excellent verbal and written English and Finnish communication skills with strong attention to detail.
