We are developing our recruitment and employee journey to ensure we attract and hire the right people. Once we have hired the right people, we find it important that they feel engaged and want to further develop their career at Danske Bank. To support us on this journey we are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is a temporary employment (approx. 1 year) starting in the beginning of August 2021.
You will join our HR team in Danske Bank Finland. We cover all business units in Finland, but also collaborate internationally in the Nordics on daily basis. You will be based in Helsinki and work with Finnish and Nordic HR colleagues, business leaders and other stakeholders.
About the role
You will spend most of your time recruiting for specific business units in Finland. You also plan and implement different employer branding activities both internally and externally. You have an opportunity to participate in different actions and projects to improve the employee journey at Danske Bank.
The purpose of your role is to support the business reach its goals by ensuring we attract and hire the right people today and for tomorrow. You also have an important role in strengthening employee engagement and ensuring Danske Bank is a truly a great place to work. This means that your working days consists following activities:
You will enjoy this role if you are truly interested in people and collaboration. Communication with stakeholders gives you energy and you feel at home in Nordic environment. You contribute with your strengths and experience and infuse it into our new ways of working. You are always willing to give a hand when needed and won´t get frustrated with routines. It motivates you to engage with candidates and managers and you are outgoing by nature.
You have relevant degree for this position and preferably some working experience from talent attraction. Experience from banking industry is a plus. Fluent Finnish language skills are a pre-requisite as your focus is on the Finnish market. However, Danske Bank’s group language is English so you need to be able to use English seamlessly in your work as well.
