We are looking for 

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

to join Fujitsu HR Talent Acquisition team. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you manage all day-to-day recruitment activities including candidate screening and sourcing, advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates and liaising with hiring managers to get a full understanding of the local needs in order to identify suitable candidates. Next to that you will also set up interviews and handle a range of administrative tasks and be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process together with our Talent Acquisition Lead.

You manage both internal and external relations e.g. with local HR and management team, recruitment agencies and advertising partners, co-operate with universities and any recruitment projects locally. 

You will also be advising hiring managers and other stakeholders on trends within the local candidate and labor market which will impact recruitment and candidate availability. There might be different projects e.g. on employer branding with marketing people or Fujitsu Graduate Program where you team up with our UK based Graduate Team and you will also have lots of joint activities with the local HR team.

In this role, you will be part of our HR ERW team (Employee Relations, Recruitment and Wellbeing) and the preferred location is in our Helsinki head office where the majority of your clients are. We also offer plenty of flexibility in terms of other offices and right now we are working remotely.

Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we hope you to have/be: 

  • Experience of working as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist or in-house Recruitment Consultant 
  • A few years’ experience in creating sourcing strategies for hiring in the Finnish market
  • Competence and passion for working with Social Media and other recruiting tools 
  • Know-how about networking events and search activities to attract and reach also the passive candidates
  • Experience in IT or tech environment as well as understanding of service design as well as are considered as an advantage
  • Fluent language skills both in Finnish and English are very important - it’s often your texts being posted on our career site 


Fujitsu Finland will apply the Security Clearance Certification provided by Finnish Security Intelligence Service (Supo) for the employee.
