We are looking for a talented recruitment and talent acquisition professional to help us ensure NREP´s continuing success and growth through the right people.
As a recruitment and talent acquisition professional, you will independently drive recruitment processes in Finland as well as support recruitments in Sweden.
Our local HR Team in Finland is small – it will be you and our HR Partner, so you will truly have a very independent role in driving our recruitments in Finland and having the overall picture of the current and future situation of all NREP recruitments in Finland. Your days will include leading recruitment processes and supporting the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process in all our recruitments in Finland from analyst to manager-level, sourcing, pipeline building, writing job ads and providing excellent candidate experience and communication to all parties. You will also be conducting candidate assessments. In addition to the above main tasks, you will be providing recruitment related trainings to our hiring managers and other relevant parties where needed. You will be ensuring we have a continuous overview and planning of recruitments through the yearly business plan. When using an external recruitment partner, you will be the first point of contact coordinating and leading the cooperation. You will also get to work with planning and implementing NREP´s employer branding activities, together with the HR team in Denmark.
As another important work area in addition to holding the overall responsibility of recruitments in Finland, you will also be supporting the HR Partner in Sweden especially in sourcing for different roles in the Swedish market, also regularly travelling to our Stockholm office to see how you can best support the Swedish local organization and deepen your understanding of the Swedish recruitment environment. You will own the talent pipeline building and updating process and coordinate & own the talent attraction actions across Finland & Sweden.
In addition to working closely with our HR Partners in Finland and Sweden, you will get the full support of our HR team in Denmark, consisting of many talented HR professionals – and of course the support of all the hiring managers across NREP, that are very eager in finding the right and most talented people to their teams. You will be reporting to our HR Director in Denmark.

Your background can be from consultancy or from an in-house position. Most importantly, you are a passionate recruitment and talent sourcing professional, with approx. 2-5 years of relevant experience. We appreciate knowledge from sourcing, headhunting and experience from leading end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting hiring managers throughout the process. Having done assessments or a sincere interest to learn doing them is an advantage. Having worked in a similar, international setting is preferred, but not a must. If you have experience from sourcing in the Swedish/Nordic markets as well, that will be an advantage.
With your active working style, you can run several recruitment processes and other recruitment related activities at the same time, without losing attention to detail. Solid communication skills are needed, when providing excellent candidate experience externally and supporting business internally. As a person, you are professional, quality seeking and assertive, also collaborative and diplomatic, still being able to challenge where needed. You thrive in a busy environment and most of all, you have a genuine passion towards recruitments and sourcing which shows as great quality in your work. Fluency in Finnish and English is a must. Swedish knowledge would be a plus.
