The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (Psychologist) is responsible for the execution of end-to-end recruitment processes in his/her unit(s) and the internal personal assessment process.
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (Psychologist), you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of recruitment processes in your business unit(s). You will also perform personal assessments in the business units that you will account for. You will support personal assessment skills in the whole recruitment team and coach managers in their recruitment processes as well as assessments. You are not only interested in following the newest recruitment trends, but also analyzing and implementing them to everyday use. In every step of the process, you will ensure positive candidate experience for the candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for VTT. You will connect with the company values naturally.
You are expected to have a Master’s degree in psychology, and you are a licensed psychologist. You are an experienced and strong recruitment professional who is used to being responsible for the execution of end-to-end recruitment process in your work. You have already been performing personal assessments and actively interviewing candidates in recruitment processes for several years. You may have worked in an in-house role in an international company, or you have gained experience in consultancy. Based on your studies or experience in a similar company, you understand how a research-oriented organization functions and how to communicate with insightful scientific researchers. You are able to analyze and recognize what your own business unit needs and actively work as a part of a dynamic team. In this role, you need to be able to represent yourself and your professional skills in a mature and confident way, and influencing your stakeholders through several channels effectively is part of your comfort zone. Being a strategic, yet a hands-on doer with strong analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp the essentials for business benefit is something that you need to be on a daily basis. You will need fluent spoken and written communication skills in Finnish and English in your work.
