Talent Acquisition Partner
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to drive and deliver primary our senior and managerial recruitment processes in Finland. You will be in the driver's seat and have a key position to attract and meet the targets set to recruit our colleagues. You will have a key position to support and enable our business growth. Developing and executing recruitment plans is your primary responsibility to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.
This is a permanent role located at our office in Espoo (Otaniemi) or Tampere (Hervanta) and we have very flexible hybrid way or working. You will become part of a talented HR-team which is focused on learning and growing together. You will have three other Talent Acquisition colleagues in Finland, as well as internal talent acquisition network in 6 other counties across the Europe. Even though we are already a big company, we have not lost our humanity. We focus on working and growing professionally together!
What you will do
Deliver end-to-end and successfully manage senior recruitments, mainly in Finland.
Be a trusted advisor and deliver a great experience to candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Work closely and proactively with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set expectations on time to fill, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
Develop and improve further our recruitment processes, practices and candidate experience together with business and the team.
Participate and execute initiatives such as referrals, diversity, employer branding etc. locally and globally.
We value following
A Bachelor´s or Master's degree within relevant field.
Years of experience in leading independently professional/managerial recruitments in an international organization or headhunting search company.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, especially with "hard to fill roles", prevoius experince using ATS/CRM tools and social media effectively.
Previous experience in supporting organization/leadership in HR matters, especially in recruiting.
Previous experince on developing recruitment prosess, tools and ways of working.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Person with utmost integrity, humility and trustworthiness.
Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
