We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at People & Brand. My name is Erik Sjöström and I lead a bunch of talented recruitment professionals in the Nordic and Baltic countries. We are a team of specialists that support leaders all over Telia Company in acquiring the talent they need. This means leading or assisting in recruitment processes, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, building talent pools and delivering on our people promise: “Home to your next big opportunity”.

 

This position is a maternity leave substitution about 1 – 1,5 year, located in our brand-new home in Helsinki, in the Mall of Tripla.

 

Your next challenge?

As a strategic recruiting partner for the business, you will support and guide our hiring managers to make the recruitment process as good and efficient as possible. On top of the usual recruiter tasks, we promise you get to contribute in bringing our candidate and manager experience to the next level and continuously improving our recruitment practices in an international setup. You will also get the chance to join our onboarding and employer branding activities.

Who are you?

You might have worked as a recruitment consultant in an agency or have an inhouse-recruiter background at any major company. Regardless, you are experienced in all parts of the recruitment process and have competence to act as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers. As a person, you are open to change and like when a new project, approach or assignment comes up. You belong to an international recruitment team and love to work with colleagues from other countries and cultures.

  • You like variety and international environment.

 

Your experience:

  • You don’t just love recruiting, but also have at least 3-5 years hands-on working experience within recruitment area.
  • You’re experienced in managing various stakeholders and projects, taking initiative and building strong relationships.
  • You’ve good communication skills (oral, written, presentation), ability to listen to others and present your opinion.
  • You’ve knowledge of Finnish talent market and newest recruiting channels.
  • When it comes to languages, you’ll succeed with your current Finnish dialect, and of course in English.
