To strengthen our global HR team, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be the driving force behind finding, exciting and hiring our future 3 Steppers.

The role

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play an important role in enableling 3 Steps IT´s continued growth plans and securing our strong company culture. The role will be acting as senior in-house recruiter and part of defining and executing a talent acquisition strategy. As the senior in-house recruiter, you will independently recruit international global positions and senior local positions in our different country locations. In addition to the recruiter role, you will also working on the strategy together with the rest of the Group HR team. You will bring effective ways of identifying, attracting and hiring the right talents, including employer branding, management of external recruitment partners, in-house recruitment execution, recruitment system and recruitment capabilities in the company.

In order to succeed in this position, we would need you to have/be:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience with proven track record of success in working as a Talent Acquisition Partner in an international company or as a senior recruiter in a recruitment agency recruiting for international management positions
  • An outgoing personality with strong drive and winning attitude who takes pride in securing the client experience, regardless if the client is an internal or external candidate, customer or stakeholder
  • The ability to collaborate and work productively with all internal and external clients, and always strives for exceeding the client expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, networking and cross-culture skills
  • Structured and effective to balance the sense of urgency with high quality work
  • Passion for closing successful recruitments
  • A focus on constant process improvements
  • The ability to understand the business and its main drivers including basic business acumen and the overall business strategy.
  • The ability to balance between strategic thinking and acting as a classic “hunter”
  • A great sense of responsibility and independence  
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal. Additional language skills are meriting

Additional experience as HR Business Partner or as Line Manager are highly valued as well as Employer Branding experience.
