Engineering Talent team is hiring! We’re now looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner here in Helsinki. Why it is great to work in our team? You will contribute directly to our growth plan and product development. By working closely together with our engineering leadership, software developers, designers, product managers and tech sourcing team you will learn how to determine what talent we need and where to find the right people.

As a part of our Engineering Talent team you will leverage and improve your existing recruiter skills in the toughest job market out there. You will understand our product best features by giving regular demos to candidates and joining customer support shifts.

Your responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates you are taking through our recruitment process.
  • Advising hiring managers on talent strategy.
  • Interviewing and pitching Smartly.io to candidates while ensuring a great candidate experience (measured by NPS).
  • Driving internal recruitment training and continuously developing our interview process.
  • Working with our Employer Branding team to plan and organize events as part of the recruitment strategy.

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Strong background in technical recruiting, i.e. software developers, product designers and product managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, and fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and take charge of your own work.
  • Drive to help others succeed around you and willingness to push yourself to exceed your goals.

STEP 4: Smartly.io product demo simulation - getting to know our tool and presenting it to a “developer candidate”

STEP 5: Meeting with team lead in our HQ in Helsinki, Finland
