In Konecranes we are continuously developing our talent acquisition and development practices as part of our Lifting People Strategy and now we will start totally new Talent Acquisition Team in the EMEA region. The team will play a key role in ensuring our global recruitment and talent acquisition practices are utilized and further developed throughout EMEA to fulfil current and future talent needs.
Now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA region to lead a team whose purpose is to systematically develop our employer brand to be identified as an attractive employer and our resourcing is ensured in the way that candidates have the feeling of being respected and heard.
Your main role will be to lead and develop strategic talent acquisition team and their activities in EMEA. Your team will facilitate the effective resourcing by assessing the resourcing needs and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs. You will participate also this process when possible. You will be responsible for implementing efficient Konecranes recruitment and talent acquisition practices in all countries in EMEA with cooperation with global talent team and local HR responsible persons.

Your skills and competencies which help you to succeed:
You are a natural team player, who feels comfortable to create and work with networks. Your people skills and emotional intelligence are known to be your strength. You work with social media and modern tools on daily basis. High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must. You have minimum 5 years’ experience of resourcing, recruiting and employer branding or an efficient mix. of experience in strategic talent acquisition. Your team lead experience has shown you, that your passion is lead people to success. You are self-motivated and have ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You get excited in achieving results and developing organization to the next phase. You have fluent English language and other main languages in EMEA (e.g. Finnish, German, French, Russian, Swedish etc.) are advantage.
