System Leader

We are looking for System Leaders for our international client at the OL-3 site. The work will start as soon as the right candidate is found and lasts approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading the transfer of system on the OL-3 project from the Construction Organization to the Commissioning Organization, and to the Temporary Operations Organization
  • Coordinating the completion of required tasks in due time to ensure (sub)-system completion and handover to the Commissioning start-up sequence needs
  • Supporting identification and tracking of all actions to be completed (Engineering /Procurement / Construction / Commissioning) before transferring the System
  • Supervising the transfer process between Construction and Commissioning
  • Supervising the transfer between the Commissioning Organization and the Operations (OIO) Organization

Transfer Preparation:

  • Preparing all the documentation part of the transfer
  • Preparing and define the acceptable List of Open Points/Reserves for the inspection
  • Organizing inspections

Open Points Management:

  • Database management with the support of System Preparation Methods & Tools
  • Coordinating transforming open points into planned production and closure tracking (scheduling)
  • Transverse analysis and workshops animation for specific technical topics
  • Interacting and interfacing with customer management/inspection team and with our project teams

Risks Management:

  • Being in charge of highlighting potential new risks to be indicated in the Risk Register and updating the existing ones with status of implemented measures

Additional tasks:

  • Follow-up of the deviations identified during the commissioning tests, with an effective lead to define and to implement the corrective actions with the commissioning Branch Leader


  • Engineer degree
  • PWR technology and ERP technology knowledge
  • Experience from commissioning performance, maintenance operation and/or preparation
  • 3 years’ experience in operating nuclear power plant support
  • Good organizational and communicational skills
  • Previous project management and OL-3 experience preferred
  • Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Language skills:
    • Fluent English
    • Finnish and/or French beneficial



Drug test and concise security clearance will be done for the selected person in order to get the permanent access to OL-3 site.
