We are looking for a responsible and self-driven
to join our competent and motivated Project & Quality management team in Customer Service Finland.
Our team of experts in the Data Quality area works for an excellent data quality and efficient system processes in our customer systems. We look for and identify deviations and errors in our processes and systems, evaluate and document the deficiencies and take action – in co-operation with our internal and external IT-providers and other stakeholders.
We offer you, as System Analyst, an interesting and challenging position with variable tasks like:
•With business value in mind, identify areas of improving the data quality in our customer systems
•In a systematic way identify lack of data quality
•Provide root cause analysis and create prevention activities in close cooperation with different process owners
•Systematically perform continuous follow up and ensuring data quality errors to be closed
•If necessary, initiate IT development in order to improve data quality or ways of working
•Close cooperation with IT Demand for system maintenance and development as well as the Process managers for improving ways of working
We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years’ experience from similar role in Finland. To succeed in this position, you need very good knowledge of Finnish electricity market and also in utility processes. Experience from Tieto utility system is not required but is a significant advantage. You are a proficient user of MS Excel and enjoy working with data as well as co-operating with others. To succeed you’ll need good skills in English and Finnish both verbally and in writing.

As an analytical and structured person, you like problem solving and have the ability to analyse your topics from a broad perspective.
