System Analyst - Tietoevry Transform

Job Description

• We are looking for a System Analyst who will join our Tietoevry Transform unit and Retail, Forest & Finance team. As a System Analyst you will be working in the customer delivery team for banking sector customers e.g. lending and payment solutions. Take the opportunity to join a knowledgeable team delivering value to a client within the Financial Services and banking sector.
  

Your primary responsibilities will be

• Define the functional and technical specifications and their management in co-operation with delivery team and customer
• Active participation in investigating system defects and service requests with delivery team and customer
• Test planning
• Documentation and keeping it up to date

Skills and characteristics needed in the role

• Experience in specification and definition tasks
• Experience in agile / scrum way of working
• Good co-operation and communication skills
• Capability to learn quickly and perceive the ‘big picture’ easily
• Fluent Finnish and good English language skills
• Experience in the finance sector (e.g. banking, insurance) IT projects is an advantage
• Experience in Mainframe environment is an advantage
• Experience to take the 3rd party software product in use is valuable knowledge too
• Willingness to do test planning and testing
