As a Customer Service Advisor, you will help and answer customers' questions about our products and services via phone, e-mail and chat. You will advise our Nordic customers in their native language, so we hope you to have fluent Swedish language skills and basic English language skills. In this position you will also have various back office tasks such as handling product orders, deliveries etc.
You are match for this position if you have paws-on attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. You have a service-oriented attitude, desire to offer world class experience to our customers and you have a passion to solve problems.
