The Nordic Retention Team is a part of Merchant Services. Retention team handles inbound calls from merchants ensuring their engagement with Nets on payment terminals or acquirer agreements. In this position you would be a part of a successful team, where employee satisfaction, career development and winning mentality is highly prioritized. We constantly improve the way we are working to ensure the best customer service and value - finally our team’s 5 % is to celebrate our victories with cake & coffee. Position is temporary until end of year 2019 but there is a possibility also for permanent position after that.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.
In this team your key responsibilities are inbound calls from our Swedish and Finnish merchants, re-negotiations, offers and closing sales and ensuring highest customer satisfaction and value.

Your professional qualifications include:
- Track record of high performance from a retention and/or sales function, maybe within fintech, telecom, media or insurance
- Quality conscious and able to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Strong negotiation and communications skills
- Fluent in Swedish and Finnish, both written and verbal
- Excellent language skills in English
- A wish for further career development
Besides that, little 5 % twist in your personality, you are known as ambitious, goal orientated, and with a strong will to win. You have a preferred sales profile and love to work with customers. You are known as a great listener and you are great at building customer relations despite circumstances. Energy levels are high, and you are not put down by rejections. You should be able to perform under pressure and keep a cool mind.
