Our European photon counting X-ray experts, Direct Conversion, are looking for
SW Development Engineer in production test systems, who wants to join our dynamic business, working at the forefront of this advanced X-ray technology.
Are you ready to help us making the invisible visible?
Your main responsibilities would be to maintain and improve test systems used in our production as a SW Development Engineer. You will be an integral part of our team, with challenging and variable tasks, ranging from in-house or supplier module testing up to complex final testing of assembled ready products. You will also take on part of early prototype testing and have opportunity to develop and optimise test systems at early phase for production needs.
To maintain and improve test system platforms in production.
To develop automated SW testing possibilities for prototypes at early phase.
To Support production with SW related test system problems.
Interface between production and R&D to bring new solutions into a stable stage.
Relevant experience within SW development, preferably with test systems.
Strong skills in Python, MATLAB or C#/C++ is a must. Other languages are a plus.
Good communication and interaction skills in English.
Willing to travel frequently to Sweden.
Enjoy working at production facilities.
Proactive mindset and problem solving mentality. Always looking to deliver higher quality solutions.
Valued added skills
Hands on experience of creating, writing, and developing tests for hardware systems.
Experience of working together with hardware, like controlling instruments and motors.
Knowledge in verification & validation of test systems.
