We at Arla are constantly taking steps to deliver on our sustainability agenda, from reducing CO2 emissions in our operations and on our farms and supporting natural eco-systems, to reducing waste and bringing our customers the goodness of dairy through nutritious products. In 2021 we completed climate checks for each farm supplying milk to Arla, conducted a broad biodiversity assessment at farms and launched the new “Free & grazing cows” label for milks coming from farms, where the cows move freely, graze in summertime and go out also during winter.
Our sustainability agenda is based on Stronger Planet & Stronger People which are fundamentals looking into Arla’s future. As Sustainability Manager you will report to Head of Sustainability. In your role, you will contribute to developing and implementing sustainable solutions, support the communication of our sustainability agenda and initiatives to stakeholders and drive cross-organisational projects.

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of sustainability who can drive and deliver cross-organisational projects. A person with excellent capabilities to engage others – and who has 2-5 years of experience in driving a wide sustainability agenda.
