You will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to Rocla's customers to keep up AGVs and systems running without interruptions via modern communication solutions, remote connections, telephone and email. You are also ready to be a part of 24/7 on-call crew and to travel to the customer sites when the situation so demands.

You have a suitable technical education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.). You are familiar with industrial automation and you have some experience of the technical support work. You are initiative, independent, responsible and capable of solving challenges with the customer. You can manage your tasks well in Finnish and English.
