Support Engineer - Customer Support
Are you passionate about self-development and staying calm under pressure? If so, you might be our next Support Engineer!
As a Support Engineer, you’ll tackle challenging customer support cases, taking personal responsibility to meet customer needs. You’ll also work with your team to develop and enhance System Support Services.
What you’ll need to succeed
A higher education diploma (Bachelor’s degree in IT, software development, or automation engineering).
2-3 years of experience in software development projects and products.
Strong service orientation and experience in customer support.
Fluent in Finnish and English (additional languages like German, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
Skills in IT networks, Linux OS, database/Java programming, Bosch Rexroth Drives/PLC, Siemens S7 Tiaportal, or Allen Bradley Control Logix are an advantage.
