We are looking for a
to join our Bulk Demurrage team in Espoo, Finland.
We have a medium size team of experts working in the Bulk Demurrage team. Our team is responsible for handling vessel and barge demurrage claims of all business units at Neste. We also develop and maintain clear processes, templates, instructions and cooperation models for demurrage claims handling.
Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are
Daily back office activities
Managing and distributing email correspondence for the team
Registering demurrage claims and disputes in ERP systems and archiving documents
Creating and updating statistical reports in various systems
You will work closely with our demurrage negotiators, operations, shipping, accounting and invoicing to ensure that demurrage claims are handled in an efficient and timely manner. The purpose of this role is to smoothen the operational flow of the increasing number of demurrage transactions in our systems.
Your role is to handle administrative tasks and to provide support for the rest of the team. You report to the Bulk Demurrage Manager.

Suitable education e.g. Business, ICT or Maritime studies or similar skills acquired through work
Strong team player attitude and excellent collaboration skills
Detail oriented, systematic and energetic approach
Fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken
We also value
Previous work experience in back office operations is considered as an asset
Knowledge and/or interest in shipping, trading and renewable energy industry
Experience in using SAP

The recruitment process will include interviews and possible aptitude assessment. The first interviews are preliminarily scheduled to take place on week 38.
The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including a drug test. A security clearance is obtained with their consent.
