Customer Service is looking for a support agent.
You will primarily be working with our specialized fleet management system for heavy transport and it is important that you have background from the mechanical industry.

You must be able to speak and write Finnish and one of the other market languages of ABAX.
Workplace is Vantaa (Finland) or Larvik (Norway) and start date is 01.11.2019.
 

Job Description

  • Manage large amount of incoming calls, emails and web/chat, according to ABAX standards.
  • Provide support and appropriate solutions to customer queries within technical, taxation, usage and general customer relations issues.
  • Follow each customer query up until completion.
  • Record customer interactions by entering and verifying information by using the right method and systems.
  • Maintain the company’s database in systems applicable.
  • Communicate with, assist, and build sustainable and good relations with other departments.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and follow up customers.

 

Performance requirements

  • Able to solve complicated mechanical issues
  • Excellent communication with customer, in accordance with ABAX methods
  • Incoming customer queries to be performed in accordance with standards and target figures
