MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a first point of contact for customers.
1. Provides professional customer service and support regarding the organization’s products and services to build superior customer experience.
2. Handles customer telephone, online chat, and/ or email inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints. Solves customer problems, analyzes customer service needs, and places orders and manages stock.
3. Performs a variety of administrative tasks relating to customers and/or principals. Dealing with customer issues when it comes to reclamations, analysis and resolution
4. Maintains detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
5. Maintains customer master data and stock records.
6. May monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely.
KEY EXPERIENCE
- Experience in customer service in an international business environment
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing with good business acumen.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and hands on experience with SCM software (ERP)
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or alternatively a commercial degree.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent Finnish language skills (mandatory) and Swedish professional working proficiency is a plus
