We are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for Elisa Logistics organization (Location Stockholm office)
In this role you´ll be responsible Elisa Solution Delivery global end customer order handling, shipping scheduling, delivery accuracy and end customer communication.
Main responsibilities are Communicating and coordinating deliveries and installation schedules with the customers. In order to serve end customers appropriately Internal communication and co-operation with project managers, technical service teams and purchasing is in key role for success.
External communication partners are warehouse(s), freight forwarders and installation partners. In this role you´ll participate development and cost optimization of Solution Delivery core process in order to serve Elisa Business Unit and end customers with quality and efficiency.
You´ll act in close cooperation with all relevant people in the end to end -process. You are capable of generate analytical reporting, forecasting, resolutions within responsibility area. You´ll also act as a backup for the team if needed.
