We are now looking for a Supply Chain Operations and Planning Specialist for a temporary position to join our UPM Biofuels SBU team in Helsinki.

What you will do   

• Perform Biofuels Supply Chain short and long term planning and operations    

• Co-operate with UPM Biofuels Feedstock, Production and Sales team  

• Monitor stock levels and lead the month end reconciliation of storages  

Who you are  

We are looking for a proactive person, who is not scared of quick tempo executing Supply Chain planning and operations, production planning efficiently in our Supply Chain Planning team.  

• You have experience in Supply Chain operations and planning, liquid storage management  

• You have overall understanding of oil/biofuels/chemicals industry  

• You have accountability and ability to deliver in a hectic operative environment  

• You have experience in Supply Chain operations/planning/warehouse management  

• You have good user skills of IT systems  

• You have great oral and written skills in Finnish and English  

• You have personality of energetic team-player with good communication skills  

• You have accurate and precise approach to daily tasks
