You will be working as manager of Operative Supply Chain team at Fortum Recycling and Waste Solutions business area in Finland. You are responsible of our order to invoice process including customer service, service configuration, operative logistics and back office operations with your team consisting of ~30 professionals.
By good management and leadership skills you are able to lead your team to fulfill customer requirements and steer performance through KPI’s and business goals.
As a key person at our supply chain organization with major contribution to our performance, you will be working as “spider on the net” with close cooperation with both our service & product sales, operations, business units and sourcing. You are member of our group supply chain management team and Finland country commercial team.

You have minimum 5 years’ experience at field of customer service, logistics and/or supply chain management and master’s degree from relevant field.
You like working with people. Leadership skills are your strength combined with good conceptual thinking and process management tools. You are able to connect the dots and challenge status quo situation.
You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. Mindset of doing, development and continuous improvement is prerequisite.
