Staples Solutions Finland is now looking for a Supply Chain Analyst for a permanent position.
As the Supply Chain Analyst, you are responsible for multitude of supply chain planning related tasks. Your day to day responsibilities include:
• Developing processes related to supply chain
• Developing BI and analytical tools
• Participating in various IT – and other development projects that are related to supply chain
• Supporting decision making with data analysis achieving set inventory targets and highest quality service standards
• Weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting
• Communicating and sharing information with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating into purchase order process when needed
With your expertise, you contribute throughout in-depth analysis of inventory turnover and service level quality and identify additional needs and find opportunities for developments. The role thus gives you opportunities to contribute to developing processes and systems within supply chain and between departments.
You will report to a Demand Manager that thrives on training and developing their staff, you will have the opportunity to express new ideas and partner with the entire business.
The successful Supply Chain Analyst will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and possess professional working experience within supply chain, purchasing or procurement. You will deliver under high pressure and you have the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will work well within a team environment and enjoy the challenge of working in a changing business environment. You will also have good written and verbal Finnish and English skills to enable you to liaise with individuals at all levels of the business. You must have excellent knowledge of Excel (including macros) and experience or keen interest in basic programming. You have analytical approach to your work and enjoy using your already existing negotiation skills.
