We are looking for summer trainees to the Beamex headquarters in Pietarsaari for the following departments:

• Marketing and Business Operations

As a Summer Trainee at the Marketing department your work tasks include coordination of various marketing activities for our global marketing and sales organizations and support the marketing team with common tasks, such as social media, newsletters, website updates and digital marketing.

As a Summer Trainee at the Business Operations department your work tasks include order handling, shipments and invoicing. You will also assist our partners and customers by answering different enquiries about our products and services, delivery times and availability. Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools are important in this role.

We expect that you are studying for a B.Sc. or M.Sc. or that you are a recent graduate in a related field. Previous work experience is highly appreciated. You should also have a very good command of English and a good command of Finnish. Swedish language skills are also highly valued.
