We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

As our trainee, you will support the site supervision team in Engineering Solutions implementation projects in construction management. Coordination and other rollout activities will also be part of your job. You’ll be creating content that supports the construction and HSEQ activities. On a daily basis, you will handle project execution routines, however we will expect you to provide new and innovative ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of your team. 

The team consists of approx 50 site management professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by executing the investment projects. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

Summer trainee, Site Supervisor, Mechanical you will

• participate in different construction management projects as a project team member

• support the Construction Manager and the Mechanical Supervisor in reaching the goals of the project and in construction-related matters, e.g schedule, safety, budget, quality and relationship with the client.

Summer trainee, Quality Assurance/Development you will

• work together with our Development Team on different development and efficiency related projects

• work with system and procedure updates and/or quality control for our subcontractors. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in B.Sc. or M.Sc, or a similar, relevant field. You also have some experience  of working at construction sites or participating in development projects. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, motivation to learn and ability participate in investment projects.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 2.5.-31.8.2023.
