As our trainee, you will support the Web Development team in the Corporate Brand Marketing & Digital Services team.

The Web Development team consists of 4 professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by continuously developing the global Neste website (neste.com). The team focuses on website content management, user experience design, and the technical development of the neste.com website. As our trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn about the different aspects of website development, and also develop e.g. project management skills. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. The team works closely with, for example, the Social & Marketing Activation team, the Brand Performance Marketing team, Business Units, IT, and Communications. 

The keys to success

You are motivated to learn, and enjoy working with a team for which safety, sustainability and professionalism are key elements of work. 

Additionally, we see that the best combination of experiences, skills and background in this position would be

• Studies in the field of marketing, business, communications, journalism or other relevant fields to the role (e.g. IT)

• Ideally, some previous working experience with website development or (marketing) content creation and/or management

• Basic knowledge and interest in Agile working methods and digital marketing

• Analytical approach

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Rich in ideas

• Excellent English language skills, Finnish is a plus, but not mandatory

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
