Summer Trainee, Technical Support & Training Engineer

We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Technical Support & Training Engineer to join Normet’s Global Tech Support & Training team in Iisalmi. The duration of the working period is negotiable depending on your study schedule.

The team is responsible for arranging technical support & training to our customers and service engineers globally. This includes also material preparation and creation. Now we are looking for a person support us in this work.

In this position, you will participate in our training material preparation by collecting data and information from various sources available in Normet organization, as well as by refreshing and translating current materials, so that they can be taken into use worldwide. You will be working in an international team.

What we expect from you?

• 1-3 years of Bachelor/Master’s degree studies from Mechanical Engineering considered as an advantage

• Good communication skills in Finnish and English

• Have the right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds

• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Be proactive and eager to learn

• Have a can-do and results-driven attitude
