We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

You will support our HR’s Talent Acquisition team in various recruiting related activities and process development. In your role you have a chance to deep dive into the exciting field of recruitment. You will support our line managers from the start of the recruitment until the selection of the right candidate. Your responsibilities include for example consulting and supporting managers with role definitions and recruitment strategies, driving the recruitment process (helping with job ads, sourcing, consulting in selections etc.) and ensuring good candidate communication.

You will work closely with the team, as well as other HR colleagues and trainees. The talent acquisition team consists of 5 professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by ensuring high quality recruitments. TA hub supports line managers in part of our business areas in Finland. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in Economics & Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Communications or a similar, relevant field. We are looking for a trainee with excellent organizational skills and communication skills in English and Finnish. We also value motivation to learn and ability and eagerness to participate in diverse tasks and challenges. We are eager to hear about your new and innovative ideas and your readiness to act on them with the support of the team. Previous experience in HR and recruitment is seen as an advantage.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 1.5.-31.8.2023 unless agreed otherwise.
