The Summer Trainee positions at Neste are now open for applications! We are looking for Summer Trainee to join our Sustainable Partnership team in Espoo.

Your responsibilities for the summer job

In your role during the summer you will  

  • Deepen our understanding from companies’ sustainability needs through customer interviews and internal as well as external data sources 
  • Document and visualize the collected data and participate in utilizing it in service development and customer specific cases 
  • Assist service development with various tasks from conceptualizing to go-to-market planning 

Your day will include understanding customer challenges, supporting in creating new services and  helping building a roadmap to our new solutions. You have the opportunity to be independent in a customer-driven environment, working with a cross-organizational team.

  • Great communication and people skills 
  • Relevant university studies in Social, Sustainability or Economics 
  • Analytical mindset
  • Previous working experience is not necessary but beneficial
  • Fluent language skills in Finnish and English

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. The planned time period of the traineeship is May - August 2021.

The summer job recruitment process may include a video interview at the pre-selection stage and – if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure – a face-to face interview. This interview may be arranged virtually due to the pandemic.

The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including a drug test. If required, a security clearance is obtained for the person with their consent.
