We are looking for Summer worker, Supply Specialist in UPM Sales, Supply chain in Tervasaari.
Summer job
In this position you will communicate with production planners, customer service, factories and ports relating to orders and deliveries. You will be responsible of confirming and following the orders and reporting possible deviations. Your tasks will include arranging transportations and follow-ups together with delivery and shipping stakeholders. In addition, you are welcome to learn and contribute to our supply chain digital and data initiatives.

You have service-minded, systematic and precise working style
Previous experience in office work is considered as an asset
You manage both Finnish and English language
Positive mindset, team skills and capability of taking responsibility are also strengths we would appreciate.
