As our trainee, you will support the Supply Chain Sustainability, Process and Development team in supplier sustainability evaluations and developing Supplier Sustainability Portal (SSP) which is our existing digital tool used for supplier management. Assisting in developing Neste's global supply chain sustainability practices and processes will also be part of your job. You are also expected to support suppliers and other relevant stakeholders with sustainability related topics.
The Supply Chain Sustainability team consists of 21 professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by ensuring the sustainability of our suppliers and raw materials. Our team is a part of larger Neste’s Sustainability team which is a corporate level function with sustainability professionals based in Espoo, Singapore, Shanghai, Melbourne and Houston. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to be preferably a third or fourth year university student in business, environment, supply chain management or other fields relevant to sustainability. Previous working experience in developing tools and processes related to supply chain sustainability is seen as beneficial. We are looking for a trainee with excellent team working and communication skills, motivation to learn and ability to work and make decisions independently. We also value flexibility and ability to work with complex and changing situations. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required in this position.

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
