As our trainee, you will support the Strategic Projects and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) teams in Supply Chain Development to develop SCM and Logistics & Operations related processes in Renewables Supply Chain Management to enhance our processes capabilities and support our growth strategy implementation.
In your role, you will:
Collect lessons learnt and best practices from the past projects from project managers
Use the material collected from the project managers to establish a set of best practices, templates and ways of working
Analyse the AS-IS status of the Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics & Operations processes to be automatized with Robotic process automation (RPA)
Support RPA developers in creating To-Be design of RPA process
Updating production processes documentation if needed
On a daily basis, you will deal with our internal stakeholders from SCM and Logistics and Operations teams, however we will expect you to provide new and innovative ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of your team. The Strategic Projects team consists of six professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by providing project managers for our growth and development projects. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. The Robotic Process Automation team consists of four professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by automating SCM and logistics and operations processes with the help of robots.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business management, Engineering, IT or other relevant University / University of Applied Sciences field. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication and documentation skills in Finnish and English, motivation to learn and ability to participate in supply chain processes development.

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
