As our trainee in this position at Neste you will be working in a project focused on enabling growth and supporting our sustainability ambitions. Your focus is in supporting both our internal and external users with their questions and issues related to Supplier Sustainability Portal (SSP), which is a unique digital platform  for managing our suppliers’ sustainability & operational information. You will also assist with the development of our end user support tools (FAQs, written manuals, video tutorials etc.) and support in change management activities for example by creating content to support the change. You will also assist our product owners and development team where applicable, for example in documentation, testing or gathering and refining requirements.

In your daily tasks, you get to learn about supply chain management and software development in practice, participate in a large, strategically important project and get the chance to work with an international team of supply chain management professionals.

Our growing team, Supply Chain Compliance Development, consists currently of 8 experts in Supply Chain Management and IT. We lead and participate in selected development initiatives across SCM and the whole Renewables supply chain. The main job of the team is to support Neste strategy by reducing sustainability and compliance risks, strengthening renewable feedstock supply and improving operational excellence. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have relevant studies in business, technology/IT or a similar, relevant field. You have excellent problem solving skills, a customer-service oriented attitude and capability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and with differing levels of technical know-how. We are looking for a trainee who has some understanding and interest in IT systems and software development projects. Understanding of Agile methodologies are considered as an advantage. You should have excellent communication skills in English.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
