We are looking for a trainee to join our Renewable Polymers and Chemicals (RPC) team in Espoo for the summer.

Your responsibilities for the summer job
 

• Be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for Renewable Polymers and Chemicals' strategy execution and project management

• Support in project portfolio management (e.g. resource planning) of the business unit

• Contribute as a project member in some of the business growth and development projects (e.g. on digital transformation), where necessary

• Conduct market research for selected regions and sectors in the field of polymers and chemicals

• Work in number of different interesting projects to lead our business forward

 
We are ideally looking for a candidate with a relevant field of study such as Economics & Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Chemical Engineering or similar. Work experience from positions that demonstrate good teamwork skills, stakeholder management and ability to lead your own work is considered beneficial, as well as any experience within the domains of e.g. Strategy Implementation, Business Development or Digital Transformation. 

Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken. Good analytical skills and experience from using the most common IT tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, SAP and Google tools are an advantage. Our team is looking forward to meeting you and will offer support and guidance throughout the summer, as well as give a good introduction to the job and our company.
