Meet some of our trainees from last summer! We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023!

 As our trainee, you will analyze the business environment and competitors to further improve our understanding of the market development, actively participate in the development and commercialization of Neste Charging services for EVs, join the project team of selected strategic projects and support in development of business unit strategy.

You will report to the Manager, Strategy Deployment and work as an integral part of the strategy and business development team. Due to the broad responsibility area of the team and tight links to the other functions, you will get the opportunity to work closely with other teams of Marketing & Services Business Unit and gain a holistic understanding of our business. 

To be successful in this role

We expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in Business Administration, Engineering or a similar, relevant field. You have experience in strategy or business development work and working in an international environment. Additionally, you have project management skills, are able to think analytically and strategically and are fluent in Finnish and English.

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
