Meet some of our trainees from last summer! We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

As our trainee, you will work in the Strategic Pricing team. In your job you will analyse pricing performance and implement decided pricing actions. Depending on your studies, interests and skills you may also participate in pricing analytics or system development. We will expect you to provide new ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of our team. 

The team consists of six pricing professionals, and the main job of the team is to support the performance of the Marketing and Services business unit by creating pricing strategies, and planning and implementing pricing actions that are based on the strategies. We will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to study economics, engineering or data science. You also may have some work experience in pricing, marketing or analytics. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, motivation to learn and ability to work in a team.

All applicants must be students at the time of applying. Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. 

The planned time period for the summer job is 29.5.-1.9.2023.
