We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Sales Support and Documentation to join Normet’s Service Sales Support (U&M - Upgrade and Modification products) and Engineering & Documentation teams in Iisalmi Service Center, Finland. The contract period can be for example from June 1st to August 31st, 2023. Exact length of the contract can be negotiated according to your study schedules.
Sales Support team is responsible for Normet equipment upgrades and modification product quotation support: including defining sales prices, availability, delivery times and product material. Documentation team creates and updates documentation such as spare parts, instruction manuals and installation instructions for Service products (upgrades and modifications, used equipment remanufacturing and repair, customer projects).
About your responsibilities
We need you to support us in creating and updating U&M product sales material and documentation as well as helping us with related development projects. In this position, you will participate in Sales Support activities, updating our U&M sales material as well as collecting a catalog of the sales material. We also have different documentation tasks available as well as some development tasks.
What we expect from you?
Polytechnic or university student close to graduation in a suitable field, for example mechanical engineering or business
Good communication skills in Finnish and English
Have the right attitude to work with a global network of people with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Be proactive and eager to learn
Have a can-do and results-driven attitude
Good IT skills
3D CAD skills seen as advantage
