We are looking for Summer Trainee, Sales Specialist to join us in UPM Biocomposites for summer season starting from the beginning of April. The position is located in Lahti, Finland.

What you’ll do
Your main task is to support Sales Manager, Finland & Sweden. In addition, you will support our Marketing Communication team and its actions in Europe. The job description includes:
Working with internal and external stakeholders who are relevant for UPM ProFi’s success during high season
Work with and become familiar with SalesForce, Teams, Office
Networking with end-users and customers, and learn to understand the customer needs
Provide technical expertise and support for the customers
Participate in promotional initiatives such as sending sales promotion tools and visiting customer stores.
Who you are
We are looking for person who is advanced in her/his studies or is already in the working life. You may have experience in sales and/or marketing tasks. You have a positive and energetic attitude as well as self-initiative and sense of responsibility.
In addition, you have:
Full professional working proficiency in English and Finnish is needed. Professional working proficiency in Swedish is considered as an asset.
Ability to travel in Finland, therefore driving licence is needed
Ability to make decisions and be proactive
