We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Sales Operations and Development. This role is located in Espoo, Finland.
To succeed in the role, we wish you to be equipped with the following skills:
A higher degree study background in Business, IT, or industrial engineering
A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
A customer-focused and innovative mindset and problem-solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team while working independently on certain tasks.
Good skills in MS Office tools, especially in Excel. Furthermore skills in PowerBi and preferably in CRM.

An interesting position in the Sales Operations and Development team of Metso Outotec in the Consumables Business Area. You will get a chance to work with professionals on the global team, where your team will support your growth. You will have great opportunities to develop your expertise by learning to support a global organization with your enhanced data management and service design skills. However, the weight will be on the data management skills to improve sales performance metrics tools such as PowerBi. You´ll gain experience in the genuinely global organization as we develop and deploy methods for improving aftermarket sales development. Due to the global setup, we mainly work remotely in the team but also have a presence in our Espoo office where you can meet your colleagues and network.
