Meet some of our trainees from last summer!  We are eager to hear what you will say after the summer of 2023! 

As our trainee, you will support the Solution Development & RPA, AI team to implement Marketing & Services’ strategy ‘Passion for Excellence and Best Customer Experience. 

We are actively harmonising and developing our processes to enhance efficiency in our operations and automating part of our processes with the help of RPA. Besides automating routine tasks, our team is responsible for master data governance, and designing and implementing the new ERP and CRM to replace the current fragmented system landscape.

As a Summer trainee, RPA Developer, you have a chance to combine hands-on development work with improving your skills in business process analysis. On a daily basis, you will be acting as a link between business and RPA hub to promote RPA within Marketing & Services’ teams, prepare process design documentation together with business and develop software robotic automations with UiPath technology. We have three experienced RPA developers in our hub who will guide and support you and give a good introduction for the job and our company. In turn, we will expect you to provide new and innovative ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of your team. 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to be at the final stages of your studies in  computer science, information technology, engineering, or a similar field. You also have experience of programming (Python, VB.NET, C#, Java, SQL,...) and interest in new technologies and intelligent business process automation. Knowledge in software development methodologies e.g. Scrum, DevOps, or DevSecOps is also an advantage. We are looking for a trainee with excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and possibility to work onsite in our Espoo office.

Your salary will be determined based on  the job and its requirements, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies. For some roles, the recruitment process may include a health check and drug test. The planned time period for the summer job is 1.5.2023-30.9.2023.
