Summer Trainee, Quote and Order Management

We are looking for Summer Trainees to join Aggregates, Distributor Management Organization, Quote and Order Management team in Tampere, Finland.

As Summer Trainee, Quote and Order Management, you will:​

• Be operating either with quotations or orders for our distributor network in EMEA APAC, depending on your study background

• Solve daily problems regarding spares and wears related questions such as item identification and finding alternative solutions and help the distributors with Recommended Parts Lists

• Handle the quotation process

• Solve order-related questions such as expediting requests, order changes and returns

• Monitor the order backlog proactively and inform the distributors of changes

• Communicate actively both with internal and external stakeholders: e.g., with distributors, logistics and warehouse, operational purchasing, engineering, and product lines

• Use SAP to execute the tasks, but also search information from the engineering programs (Aton and Teamcenter)

• Get familiar with the Salesforce-tool

• A higher degree study background in for example Materials Engineering, Automation, international business or logistics, or industrial engineering

• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work.​

• Eagerness to learn more, develop and succeed.​ 

• A customer focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills.

• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.​

• Good skills in MS Office tools

• Combined technical and business mindset

• Ability to take ownership on the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively

• Good communication skills in English and Finnish

The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
