As a Summer Trainee, Proposal Management in the Minerals - Market Area Europe team you will undertake the following main tasks (but not limited to):
Support the Metso Outotec Sales teams in Market Area Europe and act as their interface with the various business lines for process equipment
Coordinate the required support for proposals and develop the final, complete and correct technical and commercial offers for process equipment
To succeed
A higher degree in e.g. Process Technology, Process Metallurgy, Metals Processing, or Chemical, Biochemical, Materials Engineering, Automation, Business, IT, Industrial engineering, Electrical engineering, or other relevant studies
A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset, proactive approach to work, and great work ethic
Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role
A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently, taking proactive ownership of assigned tasks and projects
Good skills in MS Office tools in combination with a technical and business mindset
Fluent in English (both writing and speaking skills)
